At Aqualogica, we strive to ensure your skin stays hydrated and happy; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the products remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Pack the products securely in their original box; our courier partner will conduct a brief visual inspection during pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48-72 hours.

  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
